About The Project

Four-story residential building with stone and stucco exterior, attached two-car garage, multiple windows with shutters, and decorative architectural elements. Overcast sky.

The Challenge

Address extensive water intrusion and structural deterioration across multiple buildings while minimizing disruption within an active, occupied HOA community. Years of moisture infiltration had compromised exterior assemblies, requiring a phased, carefully coordinated reconstruction approach.

The Results

All buildings were completed on schedule and within the board-approved budget, restoring structural integrity, improving curb appeal, and enhancing long-term performance. The project established a strong framework for future phased restoration efforts within the community.

The Solution

Kindry delivered a coordinated, multi-phase restoration plan encompassing selective demolition, framing repairs, waterproofing systems, stucco and paint restoration, exterior finishes, and roofing integration. Proactive communication, clear sequencing, and consistent workmanship ensured safety and minimized disruption throughout the occupied community.
