Founded in 2009 by CEO Marcus McDermett, Kindry was built with a clear purpose: to earn trust within the HOA industry by prioritizing relationships with the people impacted by every project. Founder/CEO
As the CEO, Owner, and Founder of Kindry Construction, Marcus brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and 18 years of expertise in roofing. He founded the company in 2009 as American Heritage Restoration, building its foundation on relationships rooted in honesty, loyalty, family, and communication — the core values that continue to define Kindry today. Marcus serves the community as a board member for the Colorado Roofing Association and as Chairman of the Board for the Young & Emerging Professionals within the CRA. He is dedicated to the growth of the roofing and construction community and to leading Kindry with integrity, vision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

As the Chief Marketing Officer for Kindry Construction, Callie brings over five years of experience in business development, marketing, and brand leadership within the roofing and construction industry. She has built her reputation on Kindry’s core values of honesty, loyalty, family, and communication and is actively involved in the Colorado Roofing Association and the Community Association Institute’s Rocky Mountain Chapter. A proud mom of three little ones three and under, Callie believes family is at the heart of everything Kindry stands for. She leads with humility, gratitude, and purpose — dedicated to strengthening both the company and the communities it serves.

Scott’s professional experience spans 40 years to include 10-years with the Construction trades and 30-years in engineering-based technology companies. His experience includes engineering, sales and executive leadership at the VP and C-Level with startup companies to hundred-million dollar publicly traded organizations. Scott provides operational and financial leadership at Kindry. Scott holds a President’s List Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and went on to earn sales, quality assurance and customer support certifications and recognitions nationally and internationally as a top performer in multiple roles served throughout his career. Scott believes strongly in attention to detail, communication and teamwork built on the philosophy of “doing the right things” and “doing things right”. Family, loyalty and sports are among the things most important to Scott away from work. A 3-sport athlete and captain in high-school was followed by many years of competitive softball, basketball, flag football and the National Adult Baseball Association. Scott held leadership positions for youth and high-school hockey organizations for 25 years in the state of Colorado. Married to Colleen for 44 years and a proud father and grandfather.

My New Roof Says it All!
This company is great! They installed a new roof on my home in October. We've had some crazy winds this winter and no damage to the roof at all. They are great to work with, their crew was kind, courteous and did a great job. They cleaned up all of the debris, they even knocked on my neighbors door to clean the debris from their yard. They also painted my roof extensions to match the roof! I would recommend them to everyone!
