The Challenge

First Village East faced significant roofing deterioration after repeated hail and wind events. The aging shingle systems showed granule loss, ventilation failures, and compromised waterproofing, leaving the community exposed to further weather damage.

With residents in place and a large project footprint, the work demanded precise scheduling, careful logistics, and strict adherence to safety and permitting requirements.

The Solution

Kindry Construction replaced the entire roofing system with the GAF Timberline Armor Shield II Class 4 impact-resistant system, including full tear-off, synthetic underlayment, ice and water protection, starter courses, and ridge-to-ridge ventilation.

The team coordinated all labor, equipment, dumpsters, and city requirements, documenting each step for total transparency. The project finished without safety incidents, with minimal disruption, and a GAF Golden Pledge lifetime shingle warranty.
